Q1. Will My yoga bags Comes in yoga series Packaging?

 
A1: Every single order you purchase from us will be well packaged with the yoga packing.

 

Q2. How do I place an order?

A2: Ordering on-line couldn't be easier. Just add items to your basket using the "Add to shopping cart" button and your chosen items will be saved in your bag for you to purchase when you're ready.

 


 
Q4. What are my delivery options?

A4: Order over 75$ will enjoy free shipping by EMS, delivery time is around 6-7 business days.

Order less than 75$ will be charged 15$ for the shipping fee.

Our delivery costs are per order, not per item. A signature is required at the point of delivery for all orders. Should there be no one to accept delivery the parcel will be sent back to your local postal centre and you will be left a card detailing how to arrange re-delivery or local pick up. If the carrier does not hear from you for around 5 days after a card has been left, they will return the package to us. Should you then require the parcel to be redelivered; a delivery charge will be incurred.

 

Q5. Can you deliver to an address that is different from the billing address?

A5: Yes, there will be an option for you to provide a delivery address when you are at the checkout.

 

Q6. What should I do if I have not received my order?

A6: Please remember we will send the package in time and make sure it will arrive around the delivery time. But if there has some delay due to the irresistible situations of the airline, please just be patient to wait about 1 or 2 more days. If you haven’t received the package for 10days, please contact us directly.

 

Q7. What is your Returns policy?

A7: Please check our Shipping and Return Policy.

Q8. What if the item I receive is not the one I ordered?

A8: Usually we double check the item before shipping out, therefore this situation happens very rare. Please send us a picture first, and we will check and confirm first. If it is really a wrong item we send, we will resend the correct one for you, and do not charge any fees. Or make a negotiation if you’d like.
